Customer Service


• Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM China CT (China  Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Happyshoppinglist  will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock . Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Happyshoppinglist, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will inform you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
• Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Happyshoppinglist  within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Return Policy
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.  
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
• Happyshoppinglist monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
